Refund Policy

All sales are final, and refunds are NOT available for any purchases. However, we offer a transfer option: you may transfer your purchase to another individual of your choosing. If you do not have a specific person in mind for the transfer, your purchase will be reallocated as part of a scholarship at our discretion. For assistance with registration, transfers, or any related inquiries, please submit a request via our contact form. We’re here to help!

Pick-Up Policy

All orders are designated as Will Call and must be picked up in person at the Registration desk during the event. We are unable to offer shipping for any orders. If you cannot attend the event, refunds are not available, but you may arrange for a friend or representative to collect your name badge or other merchandise on your behalf. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
